Clara grew up in Recife. Ronnie grew up in São Paulo. We met there, moved to Canada, and spent a few years missing something we could not buy here.
We were in São Paulo, drinking a coffee grown in Minas Gerais. Ronnie could not stop talking about it. That cup is the entire reason this company exists.
We came home with two lots we kept thinking about — an Amarelo Bourbon and a Red Catuaí — and the idea that people here should be able to drink them too.
It is not where we intend to stop. Wherever we go next, the terms stay the same: coffees we have tasted, and nothing on the shelf we cannot vouch for.
Named lots, one harvest at a time. No blends of unnamed coffee.
Small batches in Canada, medium profile, shipped within a week of roasting.
A standard line you can reorder, plus special releases alongside it.
